Anaerobic Digestion Solutions
EcoRich is committed to helping businesses and organizations meet their sustainability goals with quality commercial composting equipment and biodigesters of different sizes with a wide range of solutions and volume capabilities.
EcoRich solutions that Use Anaerobic Digestion
Not all of our solutions make use of aerobic digestion; some of them use anaerobic digestion. This is a process where the organic materials within the digester are broken down in the absence of oxygen to produce methane gas, which is captured in a controlled environment and turned into energy like biogas or electricity.
Unlike aerobic digestion, an anaerobic process requires mass flow controllers and monitoring sensors to achieve a fast, accurate, and stable process. The final output is biogas or electricity. The process brings down facility energy cost.
CIRC kitchen waste series
The CIRC Kitchen Waste System is designed to deliver highly efficient gas production and minimize operating costs for kitchen waste applications and is most suitable for industries like hotels and resorts, industrial kitchens, community centers, food courts, and so on. CIRC Technology is the world’s first AI-based AD system used to easily detect what is being fed and predict gas production rates over time.
The system is designed to break down all solid and liquid food waste and convert them into nutrient-rich liquids, which can easily be stored and used as a fertilizer. This provides crops with nutrients like potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen. Our systems are compact and treat wastes ranging from 110 lbs. to 2,205 lbs daily.

The EcoRich Modbio System digests fibrous materials and waste products in multi-stage biogas plants. Our multi-stage ad plant is up to 30% more efficient than most conventional one-stage digestion plants and can operate with over 75 different types of feedstock.
The high-performance biogas plant offers separate hydrolysis and acidification and can digest various fibrous and energy-rich materials. The biochemical processes are deliberately separated in a Modbio multi-stage plant to optimize the biogas extracted. Hydrolysis and acidification occur in the hydrolysis tanks, and acetification and mechanization occur in the digester tank.
It is modular design. The plant can be expanded with more in coming food waste. The facility can use the energy that will be produced by plant. The plant runs on energy it generates. Low labor requirement.
